Mommy and Daddy just go on and on and on all the time about how perfect I am. I hope that means I’ve been good enough for you to bring me some goodies this Christmas. I’m just a baby, as you know, so I don’t really know what I want. There’s a good chance that I’ll spend most of Christmas chewing on wrapping paper and cardboard boxes and ignoring everything else. Every so often–when I’m not practicing my new walking skills–I like to play with my toys. I’m getting to be a big boy, though, and some of my toys are getting a little boring. I would probably like toys that are for 1 year olds since my first birthday is just around the corner. And if you want to bring me any new clothes, I’m wearing some 12 month and some 18 month clothes these days. Like I said–I’m getting big! Mommy asked me to remind you that we appreciate gently used, second hand, “new to us” clothes and toys just as much as the brand new stuff. I can’t read the calendar yet, so I don’t know how many more days there are until Christmas. I’ll be sure to wake up and listen for you and your reindeer on the roof at least once a night so I don’t miss you. I’m sure Mommy and Daddy won’t mind.
